Plinest Fast

Mastelli

Plinest Fast is a PDRN-based injectable solution manufactured by Mastelli S.r.l., an Italian pharmaceutical company with decades of experience in nucleotide-based regenerative medicine. The product is designed for mesotherapy applications, combining purified PDRN with a delivery system optimized for rapid tissue penetration and absorption. Derived from Oncorhynchus mykiss (rainbow trout) gonads through Mastelli's proprietary HPT (High Purification Technology) extraction process, Plinest Fast contains highly purified polydeoxyribonucleotide fragments in a ready-to-use aqueous solution. The extraction process removes proteins, peptides, and other immunogenic components, yielding a biocompatible product with an excellent safety profile. Plinest Fast is particularly recognized in European aesthetic and regenerative medicine for its wound healing applications. The PDRN fragments promote angiogenesis in ischemic tissue by activating endothelial A2A receptors, restoring blood supply to damaged areas. Concurrently, fibroblast stimulation accelerates extracellular matrix deposition, while anti-inflammatory effects mediated by adenosine signaling reduce tissue edema and inflammatory infiltrate. The product is indicated for skin rejuvenation, periorbital revitalization, post-procedural healing acceleration (following laser resurfacing, chemical peels, or microneedling), and adjunctive treatment of chronic wounds and ulcers in combination with standard wound care protocols.
