Needly's PDRN Repair Ampoule is a concentrated treatment designed for compromised skin — whether from over-exfoliation, retinol irritation, seasonal dryness, or post-procedure recovery. The formula centers on salmon-derived PDRN at a high concentration, supported by a triple-ceramide complex and madecassoside to rebuild the skin barrier from the inside out. PDRN works through the adenosine A2A receptor pathway to stimulate fibroblast proliferation and suppress pro-inflammatory cytokines, making it particularly effective for skin that is red, sensitized, or healing. The ceramide complex (ceramide NP, AP, and EOP) mirrors the skin's own lipid barrier structure, while madecassoside from centella asiatica provides targeted anti-redness and wound-healing support.
