Rejuran Healer

Pharmaresearch Products

Rejuran Healer is the pioneering PDRN skin booster that catalyzed the Korean aesthetic medicine revolution. Developed by Pharmaresearch Products, it contains concentrated polydeoxyribonucleotide (c-PDRN) fragments extracted from Oncorhynchus keta (chum salmon) sperm cells through a proprietary purification process. These DNA-derived biopolymer fragments, ranging from 50 to 1500 kDa in molecular weight, activate the adenosine A2A receptor signaling pathway in dermal fibroblasts. The product is administered via intradermal microinjections using the nappage technique across the treatment area. Once deposited in the dermis, c-PDRN fragments are gradually degraded by endogenous nucleases into nucleotide and nucleoside building blocks. These enter the salvage pathway, providing substrates for cellular DNA and RNA synthesis without the metabolic cost of de novo nucleotide production. Simultaneously, intact PDRN chains bind to A2A receptors on fibroblasts, triggering intracellular cAMP elevation, which promotes cell proliferation, collagen type I and III synthesis, and suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines including TNF-alpha and IL-6. Clinical studies have demonstrated statistically significant improvements in skin elasticity, hydration, roughness, and overall texture after a standard course of 3-4 treatment sessions. Rejuran Healer has become the gold standard for PDRN-based skin rejuvenation in South Korea and is increasingly adopted in clinics across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
